Gene’s career allowed him to engage all tier one  OEM’s, Fabricators and Distributors across all global markets in a number of management roles ranging from CEO to Sales Engineer. As a highly awarded sales professional Gene’s skills include, strategic planning, process optimization, global communications, analytics , talent acquisition, engineered processes, organizational triage, product development/optimization, strategic market/account development, social media, Project management, M&A targeting & execution , CRM development/management, sales channel development, leadership development and fSupplier agreements 

Prior to his current role as president of Hunter Winston Consulting Gene served as the Director of Global Channel Sales for Boyd Corporation ($400 Million) a premier materials/solutions provider. In this role Gene developed and deployed a global network of channel partners across multiple markets and products. Prior to Boyd Gene worked at Luscombe Engineering ($500 Million) a best in class manufacturer’s representative. Gene was the president of the Southwest, Pacific Northwest offices and vice president of the San Jose office. Prior to joining Luscombe Gene was the Director of Sales, Project Management and world wide Strategic Accounts at Henkel-Bergquist Company ($300 Million) a global leader in Thermal Interface Materials, Fans/Blowers and Membrane Switches. In addition, Gene worked at National Semiconductor ($2 Billion) a global leader in semiconductor products as the Hewlett Packard, Seagate Global Account Manager. Prior to National Semiconductor Gene worked at Molex ($1.5 Billion) a global leader in Interconnect products as a Global Account Manager for Honeywell, Seagate and IBM. Gene started his career at Arrow Electronics ($5 Billion) a global distributor of electronic components where he was recruited out of college as a Field Sales Engineer.


Gene graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Minor in Business from the University of Minnesota at Mankato.
